• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges that impact project delivery and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based human capital management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management including coding, testing, and debugging.
• Ability to work with integration tools and APIs to connect Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for cloud applications.
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements within cloud environments.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
