Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve efficiency and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
• Experience in application design and configuration within the Pega environment.
• Strong understanding of business process management and workflow automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
