This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration with various teams to drive project success and deliver high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within the SAP environment.
• Strong knowledge of database concepts and ability to work with HANA database technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization techniques in SAP ABAP.
• Experience in integrating SAP modules and working with various SAP tools and frameworks. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our CDC2E - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
