Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.

Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.

Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.

Strong understanding of payroll processing and related business processes within SAP HCM.

Experience in customizing and configuring SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet client requirements.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll calculations and integrations.

Familiarity with SAP development tools and environments to implement enhancements and fixes.

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
