Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance application functionality and user experience.

Responsible for team decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Professional Technical Skills::Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, Workday Core Integrations, Workday Core HCM.

Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.

Experience in application development and configuration.

Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
