- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.



Professional Technical Skills::

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in HPE NonStop.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and software development life cycle specific to HPE NonStop environments.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software performance on fault-tolerant systems.
- Ability to work with various programming languages and tools compatible with HPE NonStop platforms.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Capability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective, scalable solutions.




Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in HPE NonStop.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
