Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain system reliability.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).

Experience with SAP GRC modules and their integration within enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of risk management and compliance processes in software solutions.

Ability to design and implement custom workflows and controls within SAP GRC.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, including agile practices.

Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing SAP GRC configurations and customizations.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
