Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop, and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost, and delivery schedules. Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth, and innovation. Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design.

Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier.

Strong understanding of project management principles.

Experience in software development lifecycle.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Hands-on experience in leading software development projects.

The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier.

This position is based at our Bangalore office.

A 16 years of full-time education is required
