Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Pega Platform.

Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices within the Pega environment.

Experience in configuring and customizing Pega applications to meet complex business requirements.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega Platform implementations.

Familiarity with integrating Pega applications with external systems and data sources.

Skilled in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability within the Pega framework.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Pega Platform.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
