• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure quality and consistency.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
• Strong experience in designing and developing cloud-based AI solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
• Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and tools to build scalable applications.
• Experience in integrating AI components with existing enterprise systems and applications.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance in cloud environments. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
