Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development and security.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Workday HCM Security, Workday Core HCM.

Strong knowledge of access control models and security frameworks within enterprise software.

Experience in configuring and managing security roles, permissions, and policies in Workday environments.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues effectively.

Familiarity with integration of security protocols in custom software development.

Understanding of compliance requirements and data protection standards relevant to human capital management systems.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.

This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
