Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to ensure alignment of application design with business objectives and compliance standards.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to streamline project workflows and resolve inter-team challenges.

Proficiency in Data Governance.

Strong understanding of data quality frameworks and compliance requirements related to data management.

Experience in developing and implementing policies for data security, privacy, and lifecycle management.

Ability to analyze complex data environments and recommend governance strategies that support business objectives.

Familiarity with tools and platforms that support data cataloging, metadata management, and data stewardship.

Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance practices are integrated into software development processes.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Governance.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
