Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Spring Boot.

Strong knowledge of application architecture and design patterns related to Spring Boot development.

Experience in building scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.

Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration within Spring Boot applications.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in Spring Boot environments.

Understanding of security best practices and implementation within Spring Boot applications.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.

Qualification 15 years full time education
