Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.

Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Experience in designing and developing interactive and engaging learning materials using various digital tools.

Familiarity with content management systems and e-learning platforms to deploy and manage learning content.

Excellent problem-solving skills to adapt content for diverse audiences and learning environments.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Learning Content Development.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
