Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Support the integration of new technologies and tools to optimize application performance and scalability.

Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

Experience in designing and configuring data models and reports within analytics platforms.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application performance and data accuracy.

Familiarity with data integration techniques and working with diverse data sources to support business intelligence.

Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a detail-oriented approach to software development.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
