Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team productivity and product quality.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web development practices.

Experience with JavaScript frameworks and client-side scripting.

Ability to design scalable and maintainable user interfaces.

Familiarity with integration of Salesforce with external systems and APIs.

Understanding of performance optimization and debugging techniques within the Salesforce ecosystem.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
