• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.
• Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and experience in building reusable user interface components.
• Experience with client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks to enhance component functionality.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
