Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC), SAP Security.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards within enterprise software environments.
• Ability to design and implement governance policies and controls using SAP GRC tools.
• Experience in integrating SAP GRC solutions with other enterprise systems to streamline compliance processes.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving security and compliance issues in SAP landscapes.
  
  

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• This position is based at our DDC 1A - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
