Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
• Support the integration of new technologies and tools to optimize application performance and scalability.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience in designing and configuring data models and reports within analytics platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application performance and data accuracy.
• Familiarity with data integration techniques and working with diverse data sources to support business intelligence.
