Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience with object-oriented programming concepts and modularization techniques within SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of database programming and performance optimization in SAP HANA systems.
• Ability to develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
• Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices.
• Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in SAP landscapes.
