Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• ABAP on Hana, ODATA Services and CDs views.
• Strong experience in developing custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms within SAP environments.
• Ability to optimize code for performance improvements in HANA database systems.
• Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices.
• Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in SAP applications.
• Good understanding of database concepts and data modeling related to SAP HANA & BTP.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
