• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
• Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using SAP Process Orchestration and Process Integration tools.
• Strong knowledge of API development, management, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize middleware components to ensure high availability and performance.
• Experience with system integration patterns and enterprise application integration concepts.
