As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Your work is focused on addressing unique business requirements, continuously refining software to enhance performance and adaptability within dynamic project settings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and user experience.
• Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project goals and technical challenges.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Anaplan.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in software design and development.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and iterative delivery processes.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Experience in integrating software components and third-party systems.
