The role includes designing solutions tailored to client needs, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and performing ongoing maintenance and enhancements to improve existing systems. Collaboration with different teams and adapting to evolving project requirements are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that software solutions remain effective and aligned with client expectations.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of system integration techniques and best practices within Salesforce environments.
• Experience in designing scalable and secure technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
