• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based application design and integration patterns.
• Experience in customizing and extending Salesforce platforms to meet complex business requirements.
• Ability to analyze system architecture and recommend scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Familiarity with data modeling, security configurations, and performance optimization within Salesforce environments.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in multi-team project settings.
