• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
• Experience with Workday integration tools and understanding of Workday business processes.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions within complex enterprise environments.

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
