Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure quality and consistency.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns relevant to Salesforce environments.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware solutions.
• Ability to optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce applications through effective architectural decisions.
• Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
• Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing innovative solutions within Salesforce platforms.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
