As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks and ensures that the applications are aligned with organizational goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google BigQuery.
• Strong experience in designing and optimizing large-scale data warehouse solutions.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and perform data analysis within cloud environments.
• Familiarity with data integration techniques and ETL processes.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues related to data processing.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security best practices related to data management.
