The engineer actively participates in refining software architecture and improving system performance, adapting to evolving business requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
• Experience with container orchestration and management in cloud-native environments.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize distributed systems for performance and reliability.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Kubernetes.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
