Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports and interfaces within SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of database programming and performance tuning in SAP HANA.
• Ability to design and implement enhancements and modifications to existing SAP applications.
• Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting complex SAP ABAP programs.
• Understanding of integration techniques between SAP and other enterprise systems.
