Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and continuous refinement of solutions to adapt to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java 8+, OOP, Collections, Streams, Functional Interfaces, Multithreading, Executor Framework, Concurrent HashMap, JVM basics.
• Solid expertise in Spring Boot (Actuator, Profiles, MVC, AOP, Security, Batch).
• Ability to build & consume REST APIs, handle validations, exception handling, idempotent requests.
• Good knowledge of Microservices architecture (service registry, API gateway, circuit breaker, JWT security, client/server-side load balancing).
• Experience with Messaging systems – Kafka (Pub-Sub & PTP concepts).
• Proficiency in Unit Testing with JUnit/Mockito and enforcing test quality.
• Strong understanding of SQL & NoSQL (joins, indexes, sharding, ACID, tuning).
• Hands-on with JPA/Hibernate, entity lifecycle, transactions.
• Knowledge of caching (Redis or in-memory), eviction strategies.
• Familiarity with Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize APIs/queries. Professional & Technical Skills:
