Your role is pivotal in delivering customized software that supports and enhances business operations effectively. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.
• Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles.
• Experience in customizing software solutions to meet complex business processes.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions. Additional Information:
