Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of the projects and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project tasks.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of cost controlling and financial accounting principles within SAP environments.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CO modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP CO and other SAP modules or external systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP CO functionalities.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
