• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
• Strong knowledge of data integration processes and experience with ETL tools and methodologies.
• Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for data warehouse environments.
• Experience in validating data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple data sources.
• Familiarity with SQL and scripting languages to support automated testing and data validation.
