• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and incorporating feedback into future development cycles.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Internet of Things (IoT) Platforms.
• Experience with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture and integration techniques related to IoT solutions.
• Ability to design and implement scalable software components that interact with hardware and cloud services.
• Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in IoT environments such as Python, Java, or C++.
