Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and usability are integral parts of the daily workflow. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and coding standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve software development processes and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
• Experience in building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect front-end applications with back-end services.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Ability to optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in React.js.
• This position is based at our CDC2E - SEZ office.
