• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software components.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain system reliability.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Continuously update skills and stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to custom software development. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
• Experience with object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and debugging techniques.
• Knowledge of database integration and API development. Additional Information:
