Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. The role requires continuous collaboration with team members to refine and enhance application components, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements. Utilizing agile methodologies, the engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, focusing on delivering efficient and scalable software that supports organizational goals. Problem-solving and adapting to new challenges are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of the project and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
• Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data governance principles related to master data management. -Develop custom ABAP programs to enhance SAP functionalities. -Be responsible for the development of products using ABAP on Cloud. -Development skills in following areas: ABAP, OO ABAP, AMDP, Analytical Queries and SQL Script,NetWeaver Gateway, CDS Views, troubleshooting ABAP code, Clean core , SAP S/4 HANA implementation. -Experience in OData / Rest protocols. -Integrating CDS views with SAP tools e.g. BODS, Datasphere etc.-

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
