• Continuously improve software quality by identifying issues and implementing effective fixes.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and their integration within enterprise systems.
• Experience in customizing and configuring SAP HCM Personnel Administration components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to personnel administration processes.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
