Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter.

Experience in designing and implementing data integration workflows and transformations.

Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex data pipelines for performance and reliability.

Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.

Skilled in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
