Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of customized software solutions to address complex business challenges.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Field Service Management.

Strong experience in application design and configuration to meet diverse business requirements.

Ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability.

Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in custom application engineering.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Field Service Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
