Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for modification and developing enhancements.

Document software designs, processes, and code to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).

Experience with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow platform to streamline HR processes.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to custom software components.

Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
