Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges that impact project delivery and quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

Experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based human capital management solutions.

Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management including coding, testing, and debugging.

Ability to work with integration tools and APIs to connect Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise systems.

Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for cloud applications.

Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements within cloud environments.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
