Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Tableau.

Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making.

Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices to effectively communicate complex information.

Ability to integrate Tableau with various data sources and optimize performance for large datasets.

Familiarity with scripting and automation techniques to streamline reporting workflows.

Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tableau implementations.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Tableau.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
