Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of software components.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies to facilitate seamless communication between diverse systems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native application development and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with API management and security protocols to ensure robust and secure integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration flows for performance and reliability.
• Competence in using development tools and version control systems to maintain code quality and collaboration.
