Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the development process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the required specifications and quality standards. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to drive project success and deliver effective software solutions.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics, JavaScript, Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance, Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript, Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance, Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in designing and implementing data-driven solutions to support business objectives.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data transformation and validation.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
