• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in customizing and configuring SAP FI CO modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP FI CO and other enterprise systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to financial software applications.
