• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Document application configurations and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
• Experience with configuring and customizing Salesforce Conga CPQ to meet complex business requirements.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce Conga CPQ environment.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce Conga CPQ with other enterprise systems.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
• This position is based at NGDC1A - NON-STPI.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
