• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of custom software solutions that align with business objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
• Strong knowledge of database design principles and experience in writing efficient and optimized queries.
• Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of database applications.
• Ability to develop complex stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support business logic.
• Familiarity with integrating PL/SQL code with other application components and services.
• Understanding of version control systems and collaborative software development practices.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
