• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
• Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments.
• Experience in customizing software solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to billing applications.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management between systems.
